Having the washing machine and dryer close to us was fantastic. Being close to the free bus stop to Kings Park was great and we were able to part the 12 seater across the road without hassle. Couple of convenience stores close by and a very short walk to Subway. Beds were comfortable. Handy having a dining table, cooktop and microwave. Convenience items onsite too for purchase. We splurged with breakfast on the last day and there was a satisfactory choice - option to ask for gluten free bread and poached eggs a bonus!

Upgrade to 2 rooms was much appreciated. Unit reasonably clean. Some dishes used had to be washed before we used them - not that big a deal for me. It happens. Staff were ALL lovely. Loved being able to leave lugagge on last day.

The room was excellent. Good size, two comfortable beds, TV, desk, table, cutlery and crockery, fridge, soap, microwave; basically everything you need for a short stay. The air-conditioning was at the right temperature. The room was clean and quiet. No smoking around. The hotel has an emphasis on saving water, which is good. The towels can be reused. The breakfast was excellent. Was able to check in very late at night. The hotel restaurant was excellent. All in all, an excellent hotel stay.

The twin single bed room on top seventh floor had a balcony and opening door and aircon/heat too so better than normal hotel rooms with no opening windows. Also a good kitchenette. Good view down to the river too recommend this room.

Close to free buses and city Center plenty of eaterys.Room was good for cooking in spacious and lounge was ok to relax on also being close to our car hire company only a short walk Convenience Store 24hr also close by

Perth had less homeless people visible on the streets. Clean up is a pleasant surprise. There was lots missing at breakfast. Watermelon was the only fruit available. A bowl of seasonal whole various fruits might be appropriate when exotic fruit is scarce. No muffins, pastries or grain/seed bread. Coffee machine has improved. Thank you.

(WE were in the city for medical reasons) The location allowed us to drive to all our appointments. However, taxis and buses service these and tourist needs from this venue. Good Breakfast, The rooms were quiet and comfortable and boast of facilities to make you independent for cooking or preparing a meal.

close walk to malls and to Elizabeth key. our room had a side room with two single beds and big wardrobe, could close the door for privacy or to block out the snoring! had a balcony each with was nice to get fresh air in.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Close to Langley Park, Barrack St Jetty and convenience stores. Also close to the Perth Mint and a shirt bus ride to Kings Park,
